Though Nevada did manage to legalize same-sex marriage prior to the Supreme Court took care of it for the whole state (just hardly anyhow), Las Vegas appears to have trouble throwing its complete support behind the gay community, and recent closings of Krave, Drink & Pull, and Affair have simply added to the discouragement.
